Hello everyone, I am happy to say this but we have finally come into the new age of blogging. YAY!!!! My name is Zachary Kirkland and I am one of the owners of a financial and insurance company that started in California and has just launched a new branch in Virginia. Our blog will be going over exactly what the title of the blog says and that is benefits and you. These benefits being personal and company related benefits.
We have seen in our time in the finance and insurance industry that there is a great deal of people that do not understand their benefits. This goes from health, vision, dental, life, long term care, disability, retirement plans, and even the supplemental plans. Everyone seems to be stuck in last century when it comes to their benefits, which gives the companies a leg up on them. This blog will hopefully open your eyes to your benefits and show you from the industry perspective what is best for you.
Now please know that I will not be using any vulgar language but this will be a no hold back blog, so know that the information we are stating we are very passionate about. But even if you are passionate about something it does not mean to be uncivilized and start shooting your mouth off like a drunken sailor. LOL funny because my wife is former Navy and she doesn't even use profane language after a couple drinks. I am former Army so it is always fun to give each other a hard time but its all good. That is a story for another day, we will be touching base not only on the different types of plans but what is some of the top companies to be doing business with. These will be based on the reviews that have been shown for the calendar year. Now our company is across nine states right now so we have a pretty good look into what the industry looks like from different perspectives. This will help a great deal when we are looking to see what is best for each state. I know each case is different and we will take this into consideration, so please take that into consideration when writing your comments.
